Hugh Carey the Governor of New York and
boxing champ Floyd Patterson
appeared together in Rochester
outside of downtown or maybe closer to the lake.
Of course I knew Patterson the heavyweight
but nothing of Hugh 
rich and powerful he shook my hand 
I asked “Please give me a job”
in 1981.
