Port Arthur is probably like that every summer
every day was hot and buggy again starting in June or even May
we prayed and decided to move backwards to upstate New York
we came to the decision to sell the house on the canal 
and buy something where we were going again
and just like that Merl said
Keep the boat
everyone who knows Merl would be surprised she said it
first because she talks around things like 
"We could go out for brunch or just get what you want"
and second it doesn’t make sense selling the house and keep a boat
it was a mystery neither of us understood yet
maybe the reason was prophetic and would reveal to us later
or if we took a hit selling it wouldn’t matter.
