The UP button for the elevator to the Top of the Hub let us down:
pressed repeatedly to fix the problem, the button failed to light up.
The Info attendant confirmed the path to the elevator we had used
she said to go down the escalator to the elevator.
Another couple arrived and after pressing the button several times more
we all used the escalator up to the elevators on the Lobby floor.
In Lowell for shopping at Mill #5 less than a month after The Hub
the elevator button surprised us to suffer the same defeat.
After pressing again and again to ensure the button UP was dead
another couple arrived but their luck fell as flat.
A younger woman came up and recommended the elevator at the building's front.
