Merl has a noticeable candor when she says
those middle years are a tunnel 
a straight tunnel that everyday is like the others
going to work with family concerns lunch dinner and bills to pay.
We didn’t have many changes in the region because of opportunities
one funny thing is four people worked at Good For Me more than twenty years
when you get out of the tunnel looking behind it’s a lot of work.
