requests of the Air Force Personnel Bureau 
where is William E Bateman
who served in World War Two.
The subject in question has deserted
abandoned his pregnant wife nursing an infant
without income or support.
The author of the letter is her father and
William was down the road in Dayton 
parenting another child.
My parent Marilyn without support or income 
only 23 at the time said she
loved him the rest of her life and 
resented the letter from her father
