I don't dislike cold weather from home to car or
from parking lot to grocery store
the seats are heated and gloves are soon too warm.
Our bed is piled with cotton and comforter down.
A honeycomb of wires beneath ceramic tiles 
supplements the kitchen heat.
 I never wait for the bus in horizontal snow
 I work at a desk upstairs blocked from weather downtown 
Shetland sweaters are my favorite though I have many warm clothes
and I have plenty of food and warm hugs with love.
