Asit told us we’ll move our desks  
because VP Tom wants to enliven the area with a recreation center
because Manager Leo doesn’t like laid-off cubes in his area
we’re told to fill in Leo’s area.
We’re told to move there by Director Dave
whose door stays closed 
by VP Tom who works from his home in the Chicago area
by Asit who works from his home in Washington
by Leo whose desk fronts a window and a wall.
Dave said this team building is non-negotiable.
I asked why move to an area with filthy carpets 
cold hard-blowing HVAC and 
much more noise from Leo’s team.
I’m told it’s mostly good news about the rec area
a couch and dart board are being planned.
