Devil’s Chase 6.66 miles and
Creepy Clown half the length
reddened bushes and autumn sky at 8 AM
I was going much too fast
breathlessly breathing
lacking form
mindful to keep going
focus
lean forward and
relax
oh my gosh a personal record  
nearly a 10-minute pace
returning home with Ezra
peaceful euphoria.
