after we quit the 2nd owner’s indifference
the 3rd owner    11 years    closed last night
to mark the unfortunate day Davy Rose and I ate
crispy-rice hot pot
steamed dumplings and vermicelli BBQ
udon and tofu spring rolls
the family’s #1 son said he’d like to drive for Uber
his sister hopes to work in a salon
and that’s it for Noodle House
son #1 shaking hands said
