Kurt,
I think this suggestion would be helpful in giving this project a roadmap that we can gauge where we are.
 
The last internal meeting I was brought into, we mostly discussed the scope and the “what it is” elements of the project.  My take-away was that we needed to do this as quickly as possible.
 
I will be happy to get us back together to identify low-level milestones and build a timeline that we can measure against.
