another hot parking lot
bikers jammed in line
keep moving
don’t stop
parking taped off in fields or
Harley kickstands on asphalt quicksand
hundreds of leather jackets in the sun
riders bored at booths
bars and
vendor stores
meandering back to the lot
oh divine spirit protect me from
waiting in line again
to get out.
