a grassy median
oak trees shade building sidewalk and service drive
four traffic lanes
two in each direction for cabs autos and fire trucks’ blast
rails for the trolley
the Green Line trolley aerial electric wires
and on the opposite side
a service drive
sidewalk as roomy
and every bit as pleasant
apartment life.
