At Eric’s party for his second birthday
two year-olds besieged the bouncy house inflated in the back yard
each kid had two parents and was an only child
beautiful children loving parents
and four moms were pregnant again
at the time it seems each is a separate stage
houses kids moms and parents
then later
saturated with life
the feeling is pleasant
else wait a moment
it passes through just once.
