My wife’s project is our life enhancement:
knitted sweaters and socks,
joyful in the presence of
a bird a flower a baby
a little girl or boy,
gifts artfully wrapped,
Christmas cookies by the tins-full half a dozen kinds,
homemade pies and cakes.
There’s another constant note:
no sharing chocolates on Mother’s Day.
